  Very poor customer support and described an extremely complicated way to set up the online my gov account, no one can easily understand it at all, all info has to be in block flow diagram so any one can easily understand the whole process and will know that what he would have to do next. Very disappointed to see heaps of valuable information provided on Medicare website but no one can easily understand it as it's not very understandable way due to not being in sequence.

  Unfortunately had to revisit Centrelink yet again after many inept performances by the Rockingham Centre. So my wife and I decided to give the Success branch a try. What a SUCCESS that was. Definitely a 5 Star difference to Nil stars Rockingham. Cheerful, kind, helpful and VERY ABLE to FIX PROBLEMS. What an utter pleasure. Thank You.
