    We just adopted a cat haven kitten from here. The staff clearly know what they are talking about, following protocol with the adoption procedure and gave excellent advice on settling and caring for our new pet. Thank you for helping us find our new fur baby.

    Very good pet shop. Good customer service, and specials. The prices are a bit expensive though.

    Due to the rude\sarcastic employee who served me in the grooming section i will NEVER be taking my dog here again. Charged me $80 for the full deluxe bath and groom, For her to stink after an hour and non of her trimming done. She was there for 3 hours! Then get told she still is not ready even though i received a text message for her pick up. The rude employee then said "You need to take proper care of your dog her knots on her tail were shocking, If there like this next time I will cut it off!"
