  Absolutely hopeless. My wife had 3 appointments to pick up a sleep apnoea machine, 3 times they could not help her. Tonight was the final straw, no one there to help her even though she had an appointment and the only clown pharmacist that could help her, realised the test machine was not there! We tolerate stupidity, but too many n there that know nothing about procedures! WE won't be back.

  Helpful everytime! I'm more or less a regular customer (not sure if that's a good thing), and the staff are friendly, helpful, well versed on what products they have in store and they are relatively cheap (well priced), compared to other big-name pharmacies in Perth. It's the only choice in Cockburn, and it's a good one! :) 6-stars out of five (if I could).

  The prescription staff are rude and show no customer service skills or simply choose not to use them. Wouldn't recommend.

  Professional service and neat and tidy store. Fast turnaround time.

  The staffs in this store are very helpful. The prices are on higher side compared to their online store. Some of the items are sold for the price which is higher than RRP.
